Love this press except it does not have even pressure. One end of the heat press doesn’t touch the plate while the other one does. It’s frustrating when needing even pressure for a heat press. After my return time was up the cup heat press fell apart after using it for a order of 8!This has made my home business go to the next level and makes the projects that i do so much easier. It has paid for itself in the end. I love this machine. I read the reviews where the tumbler press smelled like fish when it was heating up. I thought this was a misinformed review but i was so wrong it does sitnk very bad like fish but amazing product i just open and window and keep a candle burningI got the for a birthday gift. I just love it.UPDATED REVIEW: I am returning this even after figuring out how to "swing the swing arm." It is VERY hard to do even when it working. It would take forever to be able to make it work properly. After reading several reviews, this seems to be a common issue. I will be purchasing a different heat press after I receive my refund from this company. This product is not ideal for someone who is looking for ease of function & I'm not a weakling either...I will update my review once the seller replies to my message. Overall it looks like a nice heat press, BUT the swing arm won't budge. I've even taken the tighten screw all the way out. It does not budge any whatsoever. Not sure what's going on. If this isn't my fault somehow as the user, I will be updating my review & sending the press back... hope it doesn't come to that. I would really like to use it.I bought this a couple of months age. It sat in the box while I made space for it. It needs space to swing. I bought it because of the things it can do. Well, the first thing I made were some ceramic mugs. After doing a few I noticed that the paper I used as blow out was burned. Actually has fire marks on it. Upon inspection the wire connecting to the power and the wrap was melted. I have contacted Angoo but have not heard anything back yet. So far, I would not recommend this if you want to make more than one or two things at a time. Not for a small business.Great equipment, works to perfection, only thing is that they send the wong screwdriver, at least I have one home, if not I would not be able to change the ads if my trusty philip screwdriver would not be near.My original press took a crap on me last minute as I was making shirts for someone. I needed one in a hurry so I found this one with the attachments. I really didn't NEED the attachments, but it was cheaper to get one coming WITH them rather than WITHOUT them, so I plan on making mugs, plates, and hats in the future. This press gets hot - fast! It took me a minute to figure out how to set the heat on it, I don't read instructions because most the time they make no sense...I tried to look at it after I figured everything out and I am glad I didn't waste my time trying to read them. Anyways, it works and takes LESS time than my other press took to press a shirt. Seems to also give a stronger adhesion press. I love the fact the top swings around, but the cord is in a bad spot in my opinion. If you don't pay attention, you can easily press the cord. I guess if its affixed to a table and the cord is tucked away, it won't be an issue. But I don't make a lot of shirts to worry with this right now. It is going to take me some time to get used to the smaller pressing platform and the swinging top plate, but I already like this better than my other press. Can't wait to put it to work!
